1. What CE OS does
CE OS (DJ Welker, York, PA) provides websites, software, automation, AI, branding, marketing, and related business services. Pricing shown on this site is guidance in ranges and depends on final scope. Nothing on this site is a binding quote.
2. Quotes and payment
Estimates from the planner are drafts for discussion. Final pricing is confirmed with you in writing before work begins. Builds typically require a 50% deposit to start with the balance due on delivery. Recurring plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with reasonable notice.
3. Your content
You are responsible for the accuracy and rights to any materials you provide. On full payment you own the final delivered work. Third-party tools, fonts, and hosting remain under their own licenses.
4. No guarantees of results
Work is delivered professionally but specific business outcomes (rankings, sales, call volume) are not guaranteed. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
5. Intellectual property
This website, its design, copy, the CE OS name and brand, the planner and scanner logic, and all concepts, products, and project work shown or described are the property of DJ Welker / CE OS and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, clone, republish, or create derivative works from this site or its content, in whole or in part, by any means including automated or AI tools, without written permission. Portfolio items are shown as limited previews; full designs and unreleased products are confidential.
